Which control platforms do you design and integrate?
Our automation practice is built on Emerson — where we hold Discrete Automation System Integrator status — and Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley controllers, drives and HMI. We also work with Protocool Technologies (India) on automation and control technology, and Loxone for building and facility automation. Scope runs from machine and skid control through to plant-wide SCADA architectures and safety instrumented systems.
Do you commission on live plant, or only on new build?
Both. Our electrical and instrumentation heritage was built on live oil and gas production facilities, working under permit-to-work discipline in classified areas — including instrumentation and detection systems installed across five Chevron production platforms without disrupting operations. Live-plant work is where the discipline is proven, not the exception.
What documentation do we get at handover?
Inspection Test Plans on every scope, Non-Conformance Reports raised and closed, loop and functional test records, mill certificates and material traceability, and a full compliance pack at handover. Work is executed to API, ASME, IEC and ANSI standards as the scope requires.
Have a control system to specify, upgrade or migrate?
Send us the P&IDs, the I/O count or just a description of the plant — we will come back with an approach and an indicative scope.
