What piping scopes do you take on?
Pipeline construction, spool fabrication, distribution network piping and building mechanical piping works — from in-plant process piping through to utility distribution networks.
How is fabrication quality evidenced?
Through Inspection Test Plans agreed before work starts, mill certificates and material traceability on every item, Non-Conformance Reports raised and closed rather than carried, and a complete compliance pack at handover. Fabrication is executed to ASME and API requirements as the specification demands.
Can you work inside an operating facility?
Yes — including hot-tap insertion into live pressurised lines, which we have carried out on water trunk mains without interrupting supply. Work inside operating facilities runs under permit-to-work, with HAZID and, where the scope warrants it, HAZOP study.
